EIT Digital Master School offers two-year information technology and computer science programmmes, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship. The Master School’s programmes are delivered by leading European universities, EIT Digital partners. Students choose two universities in two different European countries and build a tailored curriculum that combines technical competence with building skills in innovation and entrepreneurship. Upon completion, graduates receive a double degree from the two universities and a certificate awarded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT).
Autonomous Systems programme combines Computer Science and Electronic Engineering disciplines to focus on self-driving cars, robotics, and artificial intelligence. Students learn the latest theoretical knowledge and know how to apply the skills to areas of autonomous systems including autonomous vehicles, intelligent robots, industrial IoT, and autonomous software systems.
Cloud and Network Infrastructures programme provides a comprehensive view of network and cloud computing. Students learn to master network management, operation, design, and cloud service and deployment models, as well as implementation strategies, and application design.
Cyber Security focuses on the study of the design, development, and evaluation of secure computer systems, which are also capable of ensuring privacy for future ICT systems. Students learn about the future directions of the field including practical (ethical) hacking, blockchain technologies, and quantum cryptography
Data abounds: social media, manufacturing systems, medical devices, and countless other sources generate petabytes of data on a daily basis. In this programme, students learn about scalable data collection techniques, data analysis methods, and a suite of tools and technologies that address data capture, processing, storage, transfer, analysis, and visualisation.
Smart, embedded systems are found everywhere in our daily lives, from mobile phones to household appliances, from robotic manufacturing systems to airplanes, satellites, healthcare devices, and even elevators. Students will be equipped with all the insights on the role of embedded systems in a smart society, and the practical skills to transform innovative ideas into smart solutions.
Digital technologies like machine learning, data analytics, and biometrics are creating new possibilities to address credit and risk management, identity management, information security, secure payments, or investment portfolio management. Unlike many other Fintech programmes, which focus on the ‘Fin’, the EIT Digital FinTech master's was created to give graduates an edge by focusing on the 'tech' and diving deep into AI, cyber security, data science, and mathematical modelling amongst other cutting-edge disciplines.
The programme focuses on the study, design, development, and evaluation of novel user interfaces and interactive systems which consider human cognitive and sensorimotor responses. The curriculum is interdisciplinary with courses on the design and evaluation of interactive systems and a strong emphasis on user-centered design techniques.
